My first trip to Europe was awesome to say the least. We planed, trained, and automobiled for two weeks from Switzerland, to Tuscany and Florence, to Cinque Terre, and then on to Rome and Vatican City. Two weeks seemed like the minimum amount of time needed, and of course I could have stayed longer. I could go on and on about the wine, the cacio e pepe, the scenery, the coffee (oh my God, the coffee) but... oh wait, I just did.
P.S. our house sold in 8 days. The DC market is insane.
P.P.S check out my gorgeous new table. We picked up the vintage base from Good Wood and then hand picked the new marble slab (a subtle Vermont Danby White) for the top from our trusty counter top company. The chairs were borrowed from a friend, and now I need my own. I'm having a hard time finding the right ones - any suggestions?
