The 'original' Cesca chair (mfr exclusively through Knoll, I believe) was/is beech frame, natural. Many many 'versions' of the chair, including the black stained frame shown here. Nothing 'wrong' w/ these chairs but because you can find them is many many places, and there's not much to them to cheap out (thickness of the steel tubes, I guess; quality of the plating)unless it IS an original (which retail in the $1,000 area) I wouldn't pay $100 for used..but that's me and YOU, I suspect because you do a wonderful job of scoping out goodies here!
Hmm. $100/chair. Now THAT is optimistic and these are NOT 'the' Breuer chair, I am quite sure...
